Definition	References were counted whenever users pointed out official Wikipedia guidelines either by name (e.g. NPOV2 ) or by linking to policy pages. E.g. “I am concerned that this article is too harsh and accusatory. I will be making some edits to aim at a more genuine NPOV tone where possible”
